40th Anniversary of MIT Singapore Club

In this 40th anniversary of MIT Club Singapore last night, Mr. Chan Chun Sing, the Minister of Singapore Education shared with us that possibility of mobility of 20% bottom population to the top in Singapore is 15% (versus 5% of UK and 9% of US). Really?

If so, then that's true democracy and freedom! People can really do not just what they want, but must be truly great at, to lift such country.

This is really how to compete!
